Having Spent the last 5 years in the Superyacht industry, I have spent a lot of time staying in crew houses in Europe and the USA.
From some of the nicest places, to some the more questionable ones, I always wished I could start one myself, learning from the mistakes of some and the successes of others and using them in my own place one day.
Having Been Chief Instructor at the largest super yacht training school in Cape Town, and seeing the need that students have for safe, yacht specific housing , not only can I offer yachties a gorgeous place to stay, but also work hand in hand with schools to get the best all rounded crew house experience.

Brand New Bathrooms newly renovated, all powered by gas heated pumps... nobody's getting a cold shower
Water-Conscious Crew Required here, 2 minute showers enforced due to massive water shortages in Cape Town.
Daily Housekeeping
We stress that crew getting into the industry learn that nobody is going to clean up after them, so we encourage crew to make their beds and require that they keep common areas as they found them.
There is a full time housekeeper on-site to keep all areas clean, we just require that crew keep it tidy.
We change Linnen and Towels Weekly
Laundry Services Can Be offered at an additional cost, there is a washing machine on site for DIY Crew.
